Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It describes what the site actually does today. Where something is not yet decided, this policy says so instead of guessing.

01Who this policy covers
This policy covers Overleveling and this website, overleveling.com.
It does not cover the individual network sites — FPSing, PhonePlayers, Clashest, Brawlest, CODZombie, Bloxism, Pokémonism, Raiderism and Warhammerism. Those are separate websites with their own privacy policies, and following a link to one of them takes you outside the scope of this document.
The registered operating entity will be named here once company formation details are finalised.
02What we collect
This site collects very little. Specifically:
Information you give us
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, company or organisation, topic, brand of interest, timeline and message you entered, plus the fact that you ticked the consent box.
We ask for these because we need them to reply usefully. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field — there is no reason to, and we would rather not hold it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information required to serve a web page — including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser’s user agent string. This happens at the network level for any website you visit.
When you submit the contact form, your IP address is used in memory, for a short window, purely to limit how many submissions one connection can make. It is not written to storage and is not retained after the window expires.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing to log into.
- We do not build advertising profiles or run advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not set any cookie for analytics, advertising or preferences. See the Cookie Policy.
03Analytics
No analytics service is currently installed on this site. No analytics script is loaded, no analytics cookie is set, and no data about your visit is sent to a third-party measurement provider.
If that changes, a privacy-respecting, cookie-free provider will be chosen, this section will name it, and the Cookie Policy will be updated before it is switched on.
04How we use what we collect
- To reply to you. Contact form details are used to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation.
- To keep the site working and secure. Technical request data and short-lived rate limiting protect the site from abuse.
- To understand what is useful, in aggregate, if and when analytics is configured.
We do not use contact form submissions to add you to a marketing list. There is no marketing list.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as we need it to handle the conversation and to keep a record of what was agreed, and no longer.
Rate-limiting data is held in memory for a matter of minutes and is never written to storage.
Defined retention periods for enquiry correspondence are being set as part of our legal review, and will be published in this section once confirmed. We would rather state nothing here than state a number we have not actually committed to.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given.
To make a request, contact us via the contact form, selecting “General inquiries”. We will need enough information to identify the correspondence you are asking about.
If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority.
08Where your information is processed
This site is served from a global network, which means a request may be handled by infrastructure in a country other than your own. Contact form submissions may likewise be processed outside your country by the delivery provider. Where required, appropriate safeguards for those transfers will be confirmed as part of our legal review.
09Children
This website is a corporate site aimed at commercial and professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them here. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, the “last reviewed” date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly add a tracker or a new recipient without updating this page first.
This policy is under legal review ahead of launch. It reflects how the site is genuinely built, but it is not legal advice, and specific regional obligations may add to it.
